Public Affairs & Crisis Communications Consultant

Zabrina Tipton is the founder of Tipton Studio, LLC and brings more than 25 years of experience across public affairs, crisis communications, stakeholder engagement, and strategic messaging in private, public, and government environments. Her work centers on helping organizations communicate clearly and responsibly during high-stakes moments, including crisis response, recovery efforts, and community-facing initiatives.
Zabrina’s background includes federal service with the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Office of Disaster Recovery and Resilience, where she served in a public-facing communications role and was trained for disaster-response deployments. She has represented organizations through public briefings, stakeholder outreach, media coordination, and intergovernmental engagement, developing messaging that balances accuracy, empathy, and trust.
Her global perspective was shaped by more than a decade living overseas at RAF Croughton in the United Kingdom and Ramstein Air Base in Germany, as well as professional experience in major U.S. metropolitan areas including Los Angeles, New York City, San Francisco, and Cincinnati. Zabrina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from San Francisco State University, a Master of Education from the University of Oklahoma, and an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus.

Jeremy Carlson
Director of Operations & Program Analysis

Jeremy Carlson serves as Director of Operations and Program Analysis for Tipton Studio, LLC, providing operational oversight, analytical support, and strategic insight for complex projects when additional capacity is required. A retired U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sergeant, Jeremy brings more than 26 years of senior leadership experience managing large-scale operations, infrastructure programs, and multi-million-dollar budgets.
During his military career, Jeremy held senior leadership roles across domestic and international assignments, including RAF Croughton (UK), Ramstein Air Base (Germany), and Al Dhafra Air Base (UAE). As a Chief Enlisted Manager, he advised executive leadership, led cross-functional teams, and ensured operational readiness in high-pressure environments.
Following retirement from active duty, Jeremy continued his public service supporting Air Force education, infrastructure investment planning, and housing readiness initiatives. His expertise includes program evaluation, resource planning, risk assessment, and operational coordination.
Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Honors from American Military University, dual Associate Degrees from the Community College of the Air Force, and is a graduate of the Chief Leadership School and Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Academy. At Tipton Studio, he supports internal operations and client work requiring disciplined analysis and execution.
Christa Tipton-Nigro
Human Resources & Engagement Coordinator

Christa Tipton-Nigro supports Tipton Studio, LLC as Human Resources and Engagement Coordinator, providing HR, organizational support, and digital engagement assistance as projects scale. Raised overseas as a military child, Christa brings cultural awareness, adaptability, and a strong people-centered perspective to the team.
Christa graduated summa cum laude from Fordham University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Art History, earning Dean’s List honors and induction into Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology. Her academic background strengthens her ability to understand organizational dynamics, communication behavior, and audience engagement.
Her professional experience includes work in human resources and talent development, where she supported process improvement, learning and development initiatives, and digital platform enhancements. At Tipton Studio, Christa assists with internal coordination, HR support, and social media management, helping ensure consistency between organizational values, messaging, and engagement practices.
